Lake View Inn

My Boyfriend and I were in town for one night.. well we wanted to stay a second! and Cliff in the office was my FAVORITE person! he went above and beyond to make sure we were able to stay another night! All staff was kind and friendly! nothing grossed my out at all. inside and out the place was CLEAN! LOCATIONNNNN!!! We are staying here every time we come to lake George or anywhere near by! its located in view of lake and a great park and all kinds of amenities!!!! and theres like half a dozen mini golf spots along with brews and good food!! beaches in walking distance!

Great place great price

They did not have our reservation when we got there and had to call somewhere to find it. The room was clean and the manager gave us a microwave so that is the only reason I gave it a 3 out of 5. The furniture is not so great, broken and repaired, nothing like pictures on the wall and no amenities like coffee in room. The toilet would not fit a grown man on it as it looks like it was put in the wrong way. I would not stay again and the price I was given was also not the price I received after they supposedly found our reservation

While the location was perfect for winter visit to Lake George, we found out the the reviews posted were not accurate. The building is old and in need of a major upgrade. The bathroom had all kinds of dirt/dust stuck to all the trim. There was some kind of red stuff sticking to the wall under the wall mounted TV. All the wires for the TV are exposed. The heating/AC unit made so much noise we turned it off for the night. Good thing there was a few blankets. Bed was comfortable but because of all noise coming from the room below we didn't get much sleep. We found out that the office closes for the night leaving no one from management around to handle the noise problem. After banging on the door and getting no response We called the Sheriff to handle it at 3AM. After walking around all day in cold the last thing we wanted was to have these type of problems. My fault because they professed to be a Family run motel caring for there guests. We expected something better.

Reservation never transferred so hotel had to scramble and set us up at another location. Thank u travelocity.

Our room was small and very simple, but also very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We got a good night's sleep, which is all we wanted. A couple of coat hangers would have been welcome for the coat rack. But the small fridge served us very well and kept our food items in good condition. Location of this place is very handy for all Lake George attractions.

Updated freshly painted room . Sheets and bedding were crisp and clean. Nice hotel for the price.

Dirty, moldy, smelly and a complaining front desk attendant. I don’t want I hear a one your issues.

ROOMS IS OLD AND DIRTY. ROOMS NEVER CLEAN. I AM DOUBT IF ITS A ONCE A YEAR. BEDS IS RIDICULOUSLY OLD AND DIRTY. SHEETS FROM PRIOR RESIDENTS WAS OBVIOUSLY NEVER CHANGED BEFORE WE ASKED FOR IT..
