Updated room. Heating worked well on a very cold night.

Good price and location

The fact that my room had hair in the sink, the floor was extremely dirty, the bed smelled worse than a hookers butt, and the person working there couldn't answer anything.

Nice affordable and clean. I’ll take it.

Room wasn't clean . Hair on shower wall. Bugs in room . Ants&moths. Very loud guests above room groom 1am until 3. Nonstop . No toiletries left . No blow dryer.

Nothing fancy, just basic clean accommodations for a reasonable price. Within reasonable walking distance to downtown and to the lake. Our room appeared to have been recently renovated with new doors, window and bathroom fixtures. The only thing missing that I usually find in a motel room was a place to hang up a jacket or shirt or two. On the positive side, the normal attire worn in Lake George Village during summer (t-shirt, walking shorts, and good pair of walking shoes) does not require hanging up on a hanger. I believe this motel was a good value for the price.

Cliff was great. He got my room ready early and the room was clean. The property was generally clean but my room was a bit small.

The overall stay was good and the beds were clean and comfortable. However, the room was not completely clean. There was hair and dirt on the floor, layers of dust on surfaces and smudges that were never wiped up. The attendant was drunk when we had to go back later in the evening to ask for the WiFi password.

For the price it was at best Okay, it was during an event but 300+$ CAD for a night is really taking advantage of people.

Checked into the hotel and was told I had to stay at another hotel after I specifically booked this one for the location. Was not happy with location of 2nd hotel was off the beaten path. Im sure there was a difference in price because of location. No phone call or text from owner.
