Bay 10 Accommodation

Renovated modern room. One of the best we have stayed in for that price range. Great views. Close to shops. Staff very accommodating for us with a late check in. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Extremely noisy from adjoining and upstairs rooms. One up, all up!

Our stay was only over night. We wished we could have stayed longer because the facilities were so good. When we saw another holiday house opposite our room, the staff member working behind the desk was only too pleased to show us around, and for this we were most thankful and hope to get back real soon

An enjoyable stay, the apartment was clean, bed was good. Views of the bay excellent.

Very well located easy walk to main area of town, Pt Lincoln has many scenic attractions which were easily accessed, the coastal walking trail went past the front so could be taken in both directions without having to drive. my only criticism is the steep narrow drive from the car parking space outside room, but this is unavoidable in this location.

Pros Nice facilities, good service, awesome shower and bright clear view with professional service over the phone. Criticisms It's proximity so close to the highway meant it was noisy (massive trucks barrelling past rumble through the bricks). Bed terribly uncomfortable (mattress felt thin and pillows lifeless - I usually travel with my own but flew so didn't). The price far exceeded what was experienced, and this was by far the most bitter flavour of the trip.

The room is vey clean and comfy. Nice and helpful staff.

Facilities: Home away from home; Value: Affordable; Service: Outstanding; Cleanliness: Immaculate; a small coffee table for use in the lounge room would be good.
