Bay 10 Accommodation

We had a great stay. We loved that the apartment was so close to town.

Comfortable, very clean, roomy and well equipped apartment not right in town but within an easy walk to all shops and services. The owners were particularly helpful and the lovely back garden provided an ideal place to enjoy a quiet drink while directly overlooking Boston Bay. Great place to experience the southern Eyre Peninsula.

Quiet area, fantastic room. Very comfortable!! Very personalised service, made everything so easy and nice! It's in a great area, Close enough to everything, but away from the centre of town. Very friendly staff.

Clean, Comfy and 2x Ferrero Rocher on arrival with a welcome note. Friendly receptionist that was easy going and happy to let us in our room in the morning. Good Brand Tea and Coffee. :) My only criticism would be Hot Water is storage I would say, as it has a time limit before going Cold. Nothing crucial but if you have a sore achy back and neck like I did, I stayed in longer than normal not knowing that there was a Hot Water limit and when my partner went in, it went cold shortly after part way through him shaving. Not a problem about water limitations but would have just been good to have a little Card on the Vanity stating that there is a time limitation on Hot Water or it will run out and go Cold, that's all. Other than that, all good !! :)

Very comfortable excellent location friendly helpful staff, only drawback was on last two nights a family moved in to floor above and the sound of footsteps and baby crying was louder than expected

Great comfortable stay

We had a studio apartment, which was comfortable enough, but I thought the facilities were lacking, considering the tariff. The cooking facilities were limited to a toaster and microwave (no convection oven), with the only sink in the bathroom (which meant you had to wash an item and immediately dry it and put it away). When I first went to use the chopping board I found that it had some food residue on it; likewise with the scissors in the utensil drawer. I was also disappointed to find there were no laundry facilities.

Easy access , great owners/ staff, beach view and very close to foreshore. We thought there might have been a problem with road noise, but traffic quieted down quickly, and it was a quiet night. Lovely place to stay.

We only stayed one night but we were very happy with the size and comfort of the room. It was obvious that the rooms had recently been renovated. It was an older style hotel but the furnishing and decor was right up to date. The bathroom had new large modern tiles and it was clean. We were impressed to recive a phone call from the manager on the morning we were to book in just to check what time to expect us. Hotel is within walking distance to the main shopping area.
