Good location and neat and clean rooms

The restaurant staffs attitude are not acceptable. As everyone who is paying the amount to book a 3 star hotel room and staying there will always know about the property’s policies, including if they have paid the room with or without complimentary breakfast and also the lunch and dinner are not included in the room booking amount and it will be an additional charge at the end of checkout. But the staffs in restaurant is following us in the lunch and dinner time for all the days repeating the same as the lunch and dinner is not free and will be charged with so and so amount for buffet etc…which is very irritating as we are there to have some food peacefully. We have stayed there for 3 days and it’s the same communication they delivered every time we went to have food in the restaurant. This is not at all a good manners for serving customers and not acceptable when it comes to a star hotel. We have stayed in more luxurious and very average hotels earlier but not had an experience like this in case of food, so this is a very poor service in clouds valley restaurant as they are stating its a 3star hotel but not have the minimum service in restaurants. I suggest the rooms are neat and clean but not go to the Clouds valley restaurants as they will treat you like homeless in case of food.
