Clouds Valley Hotel

Room description mentions valley view room. But couldn't find any valley in the vicinity. Also the view to outside is towards a transformer and few cables. The extra bed provided (free of cost) had some hairs and hence didn't use it. But locality wise this is perfect, being on the side of main road itself and good eat outs nearby. The food at hotel is pricy.

The room was dirty, bed covers were tore. Bathroom was full of moulds and not cleaned for ages. Towels had stains

Nice and clean, staff, extremely nice. Good location for my needs.

This hotel was very disappointing with no air conditioning in the rooms as advertised. Standard rooms have a view of a rock wall, superior rooms have a view of roofs, township and playing fields. As it is right in the township it is very noisy from the music from local shops. The floors were covered in dust and a lot of noise from the hallways. Bed was ok, bathroom quite basic but adequate.

À 2 km du centre de Munnar, tranquille la nuit, avec vue sur les plantations de thé (seulement les chambres du devant de l'hôtel ont la vue sur les champs...

We enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was good and the staff's were very friendly and the location was central. Easy access to town.

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé, près de Munnar mais nécessité de prendre un rickshaw. La chambre est spacieuse, mais la vue n'est pas à la hauteur des commentaires vus sur expedia. Buffet petit déjeuner assez variés, plutôt bon. Par contre, pas réellement de restaurant, il s'agit plutôt d'un buffet pour le soir - pas d'alcool servi bien sur. Ambiance un peu étrange, on ne s'y sent pas très à l'aise. Beaucoup de familles séjournent dans l'hôtel, beaucoup de bruit !
