Kyveli Apartments

We had stayed at this hotel 4 years ago. The best thing about Kyveli Hotel is the apartments. They are really big and great for families and worst thing about Kyveli Hotel is apartmens again that they are old and need renovation. As always very friendly and smiling staff. Apart from that we had a nice stay in Kyveli.

What a great Vacationwe had. As a Family of 5 , we had excellent , affordable accommodations. Beautiful views, happy memories to last a life time. I adore the desk staff too! Super kind.

We went there in July 2016 with my family. The hotel have many rooms, we had a garden view room which was nice. Wi-fi is working, A/C in the rooms, rooms are clean. The pans in the kitchen are a bit old but ok to make a breakfast. It is 10 min by car to Chios center and there is a very big supermarket 5 min by car. You can buy food and everything from there. You can park your car in the port or next to the road. The weather was very windy, keep your swimsuits inside when you sleep at night, or you will have to collect them from the garden :) There is also a pool in the garden but we didn't use it as we tried several beaches.

We have stayed 2 nights 3 days with my friends. The hotel's location is very easy. It is in the northside of ısland and nearly 2 hours from center by car. If you want to spend 3 or 4 days , you should hire a car. So kyveli will be good choice for you. The reception stuff was so helpful and easy going. Nearly half of the rooms are with Sea view and the rooms are big enough.

We had a very spacious room with a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea. The staff is nice and helpful, the location of the hotel is ok. There are very good restaurants in walking distance. There are at least 2 beaches very close to the hotel. Chios Town is 6 km away, public transportation is available. If you have a car or if you rented a car as we did, there is a parking space available right accross the hotel. Next time I have a holiday in Chios, I'll choose this hotel again

At this moment I am writing a review in our (Kyveli) apartment, so that means the wi-fi is working. We had some problems with that, but just moved the computer on the other table and it works. Also the air conditioning works fine and water from refridgerator is ice cold. Rooms are really big, with high ceilings, it is a two storey apartment. We also have two toilets which suprised me, but the smell in one is quite bad - the hygiene is not the best but also not that crytical. When in the shower you have a smaller lake on the floor and the water is cold (but in the hot weather that is all you need - I don't know how it is in the winter), and you can see the apartment is a bit old. But it depends which one you get because the hotel is quite big and you might get the newer ones - I heard those are really nice. The breakfast is really good, you can have toast, cheese, feta cheese, salami, fruit, butter, marmelade, honey, hard boiled eggs, olives, tomatoes, olives and of course coffee, juice, milk, cereal, yogurt.... Just across the street there is a nice beach, not crowded, but I reccomend you rent a motorcycle or a car and explore the island. All in all we are satisfied - as a young couple we don't need much, a decent bed, good air conditioning so we can sleep at night and a shower, because we spend the most of the day on the move. The place is even too big for the two of us! It is actually quite decent but if you are a picky costumer I advise you to find a different place to stay.

In order to stay in this hotel, you have to have a rental car. It is a nice hotel for the families with kids, 6 km. far from the Chios downtown. There are nice big rooms, some have a wonderful sea view. There some restaurants close to the hotel, a beach just across, but very nice ones close by car. Breakfast is not great but definitely not bad, will please most of the people.
