A szállás központi helyzetéből adódóan minden könnyen megközelithető, akár gyalogosan is. A személyzet szakszerűen, pontosan, udvariasan teszi a dolgát. A reggeli, vacsora, választékos, és finom.

A közösségi tereken, útvonalakon, lenne javitanivaló. A medencéknél az úszómesterek jobban figyelmeztethetnék a vizben hangoskodókat. A wifi elérhetőség nagyon korlátozott. Jó lenne olyan közösségi tér, ahol sportcsatornákat lehetne nézni. A medence vizét kicsit lehetne temperálni...

Jó helyen van, nem messze a parttól és strandtól. Családias szálloda, kedves személyzet, tágas apartman, nagy nappali, kényelmes ágy a hálószobában.A mi erkélyünk a tengerre nézett. Félpanziót kértünk, nagy választékot kínáltak, jól főztek, az italokért nem kellett külön fizetni. Reggelinél az omlettet frissen, kívánságra készítettek.Tisztaság. A fürdőszoba szépen fel volt újítva

Csak apróságok, amin lehet javítani: nem volt szappan a fürdőben. Egy polc vagy éjjeliszekrény lehetne a hálószobában a másik oldalon is.

Hotel needs refurbishment. Food awful ate out every night .not enough choice .when the soups gone not refilled.frozen desserts .staff in the restaurant dont make you feel welcome. Location good security good .would not return would not recommend any one book this hotel

Booked with Jet 2..can't rate more than 2 stars. No Air con ( only celing fans ) No kids clubs or a park. No remote, pay 10 euro to get a remote refundable ( only 3 English channels ) No WIFI unless in the hotel reception. No towels provided ( pool towels) there are towels in the room for showering etc. Showers only stay " warm " for about 2 minutes then run cold. We had to get the maintenance team to our room 3 times. 1..our key pass wouldn't allow us access to our room. 2..the Showroom after 2 days only run cold. 3..the Safe wouldn't operate. The Safe is actually free of charge. Swimming pool is freezing and pool features such as the water fountains don't work and haven't for month's. The sun lounger's are un adjustable so you can only lay on them, so for example you can't sit up and read, quite uncomfortable. There is No Kids club it's closed down There is extremely minimal day activities for kids we stayed 5 nights, there was some kids games only on 1 day. The evening entertainment? ? The function room is tiny with around 30 seats, leaving people to stand or leave. The music is extremely loud to considering the size of the room. Drinks are always provided in paper cups at all times including on the evening. The all inclusive ends at 22:30 and the bar closes at 23:00. Breakfast is typical meats, full English, cereal ( which is left uncovered by the window) Lunch. Is very limited and you have to order it from the pool bar. The food is..chicken nuggets..burgers..fries..pasta..paella..chicken. pork..bread rolls..tiny tubs of ice cream. Dinner, kinda varied not lots of options but because of this the food is okay pretty good. Staff are friendly and they do their best to keep the place clean. The hotel is close to local amenities and restaurants/bars.. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We definitely won't be returning here.

Like many of you, I read all the bad reviews and thought, what have I booked! BUT.......it's not that bad in my opinion. Location is spot on. Walking distance to everything, including Siam Park. We stayed in E106, ground floor apartment. The apartments are very spacious, clean and well laid out. But there isn't any shampoo or shower gel supplied, which wasn't an issue as we take our own. The beds are firm, and could do with some better pillows or just supply more. We went all inclusive. The breakfast was your standard selection with an egg station for fresh omelette. Lunch was cooked outside by the pool on a grill/ bbq which was nice in the sun. Evening meal was ok, selection was minimal though. The buffet restaurant is small and i can imagine it getting very busy in peak summer months. Round the pool is nice, plenty of sunbeds but again in summer I bet it's a different story. Cockroaches! I read they are everywhere! I saw 2. Both at night and both in the walkways round the pool. None in the apartment, so not too bad. Overall, as long as you bear in mind it's a 3 star for a reason, we would go back.

I don’t understand why this place gets the bad reviews it does. We are very seasoned travelers and have stayed in 5* luxury and 2* basic accommodation in the past. For me this was a typical 3* Spanish hotel. The hotel is spotless and is constantly being cleaned and maintained. Our room and bedding was all clean and comfortable. We stayed all inclusive and although there is not a vast choice of food we managed to find something to eat for each meal. We did eat out for a few evenings but that was always the plan as I like to get out and about. The beer on tap is Amstel which was fine. The wine in the restaurant was drinkable- typical Spanish wine. I have had much worse in 5* turkey and the Dominican Republic. There aren’t cocktails to choose from just the cocktail of the day. I liked the mojito and pina colada however the strawberry daiquiri and blue lagoon were a little sweet for my taste. The pool area was sound and we never struggled to get beds. The pool is freezing but so is every pool I have ever been in in Tenerife - be brave it’s refreshing and wakes you up!! The only down side I would say is the lounge area on an evening. There is not much ambiance- there are three pool tables but two of them don’t work. There are no signs up so they just swallowed our euro. We watched the parrot show which was good but other than that we had planned to go out anyway. I would say for what we paid this hotel was very good value for money and I would go back for the right price. We did only stay for 4 nights and I think it would get a little monotonous if you were there for a two week holiday.
