Just back from staying here and can’t fault it, Large refurbed apartment with kitchenette, Fridge, Microwave & Hob, Nice size balcony with a table and four chairs overlooking the pool with a surprise sea view that I didn’t expect, Staff are lovely moved us to a higher floor on arrival with no hesitation at all when requested as I don’t like being on the ground floor, Food is typical of an all inclusive and actually nicer than most 3 & 4*s I’ve experienced we both found something nice to eat every evening & breakfast is excellent especially the omelette station, The pool snack bar is also good serving Burgers, Hotdogs, Pizza, Chicken nuggets, Onion rings, Chicken pieces & paella all day & all inc guests can help themselves to soft drinks all day by the pool, The pool area is huge and lots of sunbeds available, The entertainment bar is in need of a facelift it’s quiet dull and boring, There was a really good parrot show on while we were there but other than that the entertainment isn’t great but there are many bars around the area you won’t need to go far to find somewhere to have a good night, The location is perfect lots around inc a shopping centre and gorgeous beach, lots of nice bars & restaurants just as you step out of the hotel, Please ignore the bad reviews, If you want 5* in Costa Adeje then unfortunately you won’t get it at the price this hotel charges, If you are wanting a no frills holiday in a decent 3* in an amazing location then you will be happy with Laguna park 1, Thank you for a lovely stay

Staff are amazing, nothing is too much, very helpful. It's in a great location, room were clean, only had breakfast which was good so unable to comment further on food. Really big pool however its not heated so too cold to swim in April. Lots of bars/restaurants around, beach close. I'd definitely come back in the summer when its warm enough to use the pool.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, at the price for the apartment I felt it was perfect.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a really lovely holiday. The hotel itself and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We did, however, experience a few cockroaches in our room during our stay. My husband dealt with them (my hero!), and we later found out that other guests had similar issues. Although maid service was advertised as every other day, it increased as the week went on, which made us think management were responding to the problem. The food was generally very nice. While the selection isn’t huge, even as a fussy eater I always found something to enjoy — even if that meant sticking to chips or pasta with sauce. Everything we tried was fresh and tasty. Most of the staff were fantastic. Maria at the pool bar was absolutely lovely and quite the comedian too, and the other lady working with her was just as friendly. Manuel at the evening bar was brilliant — he brought so much life and humour to his shifts and even encouraged my husband to try speaking a bit of Spanish, which really entertained me! The only downside was one male staff member who covered the pool bar during breaks; he didn’t wear a name tag and was consistently quite rude to several guests and I didn't see him crack a single smile even when talking with his colleagues. The main bar could do with a revamp, as it feels dark and a little dingy, and the seating is uncomfortable. Because of that we didn’t spend much time there, so I can’t comment much on the evening entertainment, although Manuel always managed to brighten the space when he was working. Hardworking Team & Clean Grounds All of the staff we encountered were clearly very hardworking. We regularly saw maintenance workers repainting around the pool and grounds, gardeners tending to the outdoor areas, and additional cleaners constantly keeping the poolside and communal areas spotless. The room cleaners worked incredibly hard too — if we weren’t quite ready to leave when they arrived, they always came back later with no complaints. The staff in the restaurant were equally lovely and hard working. Quick to clear dishes and clean tables ready for the next guests to be seated. The People We Met One of the unexpected highlights of our stay was the lovely people we met, we met several groups during our stay and spent days around the pool and pool bar with them, and even enjoyed a few nights out together. Maria eventually joked that our 'gang' was getting to big as we all tried to squeeze around a couple of tables in the pool bar. They genuinely made an already enjoyable holiday absolutely fantastic, and we’re hoping some of them might join us again when we return in November for my 40th birthday. Return Airport Experience – Tenerife South Our journey home from Tenerife South airport was a bit stressful, so worth noting for other travellers. We shared a taxi with a couple we met in our hotel who were on the same return flight. We got through security very quickly thanks to fast‑track and then browsed duty free and grabbed some food while waiting for our gate to be announced and looking for our new friends. When the board showed “C” we understood this to be just an area, so we continued to wait for our specific gate keeping an eye out for them. Once it appeared, we headed straight there and passed a very long queue, which we assumed was for several gates nearby. Unfortunately, we later realised this queue was actually for the E‑Gates used by UK passport holders only. Luckily we found our friends who had been in the queue for some time and the people behind allowed us to rejoin them. Some people had been waiting in it for over two hours, with a few even missing their flights. Had we known, we would have joined the queue immediately, especially as there were shops and restaurants on the other side. It would really help if passengers were informed earlier. Many of the E‑Gates weren’t working, which made the delays even worse. Despite a few issues, it was a fabulous holiday overall, and we are already planning to return in November for my 40th birthday. A great hotel with lovely staff, hardworking teams, and amazing company — with lots of potential.

Stayed here all inclusive with friends for 3nights during Feb half term and had an amazing stay! I was a little worried reading past reviews but it was just what we needed. We found the hotel was great with a relaxed atmosphere during the day, no issues getting a sunbed around the pool. The staff were all really friendly and attentive, especially Marie Antionette at the bar who was welcoming and good fun. The rooms were very modern with comfortable beds, hairdryer and safe were provided. The food was average and restaurant very small for the number of people staying in the hotel but we never struggled to get a table outside and the weather was lovely during our stay so we had no issues with this. The location of the hotel was perfect and it was great value for money! I would stay again :) downsides were no WiFi except in reception and could do with a table/drawers in the living room, minor issues!

Так как мы не нашли графу вид на море, номер был стандарт, довольно большое бунгало, возле бассейна. Окна выходили на трассу, но было тихо, и вечерами солнышко очень классно попить кофе на балконе. Немного прочистить канализацию, кухня. А так все хорошо

Stayed here on 21/02/26 for a week with my 2 children aged 11 and 13. The good points... the room was large and clean. The cleaners are also always about cleaning the complex. And the location is good. That's the end of the good points. The bad... the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was terrible. We can usually find something on an AI buffet but not here. There was 1 fish meal and 1 meat meal on an evening with chips. No rice, no pasta nothing. We had breakfast once in the whole week and dinner once also. We ate out the rest of the time. There is no evening entertainment either, the 'bar lounge' resembles an old, dated working mens club in the 90's! Uncomfortable chairs and only about 7/8 tables to sit at. The fizzy drinks were flat and tasted watered down and always served in paper cups. Pool area is tired and could do with a little refurbishment. Wasn't worth going AI as we spent so much money on food and drinks elsewhere for the week.
