Hotel Villa Sermolli

Das Hotel hatte etwas Romantisches, wie ein Märchenschloss. Tolle Aussicht und viel Historisches. Das Essen war sehr gut und für den Preis angemessen.

When I think of Italy, this is what I dreamed of. My family stayed here three nights. It is a hidden gem on top of a mountain overlooking the town below and a castle. It has amazing views. The smell of the orange and lemon trees all around while you dine on an outside garden terrace. The whole property if filled with vegetation. If you are looking for a modern, quick night, American hotel. This is not the place for you. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Make time to enjoy this hotel. Of our 10 day trip to Italy, this hotel was our favorite.

The Villa is beautiful and well maintained, with friendly staff. It is a great location for touring, especially with a car as there are many famous and smaller Tuscan towns to explore. It is a guesthouse rather than a hotel so food and drink during day were less well-accommodated, but as most people are out all day this is not an issue. The front desk staff and food/ drink servers were very nice and helpful

Superb value.I've paid 5 times as much for much less elegantaccomodations Montecay In Tuscany outside Montecatini at top of escarpment. 54 varied rooms redone from 1550{and 1850 renovated} castle. Really excellent kitchen with tables on lovely terrace garden.Only drawbacks are walk up to the hotel from parking[NOT for the physically challenged] and pool is 400 yards from hotel and pretty skimpy.

Loved our stay!! A relaxing day with delightful hosts and a charming room. We wish we could have extended our stay. Not for folks afraid of stairs or hills, or looking for hustle and bustle, but perfect for a sweet, relaxing and beautiful stay in the country.
