It is excellent for nature lovers

The bed room is too small-and the front room is unnecessarily large. The bathroom is too small. The color of the curtains need to be changed- they were depressing at room 502

Wonderful duning room with good service and good menu. Food was excellent. Breakfast also very acceptable. Swimming pool location and views were great away from very busy and rather overdeveloping town centre with noisy road widening.

Excellent services from front of house staff having to do their best to satisfy customers who are rightfully disappointed by the poor condition of the accommodation which really lets down the resort. See photos!!

The view from the resort was the absolute highlight. The space with the infinity pool was beautiful, as was the onsite restaurant which was great too. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a treat to see monkeys from our balcony! We were greeted with an ayuverdic drink on arrival which was a lovely touch, and the team at reception helped us book a local guide for a tea plantation hike. We also enjoyed the free tasting session offered by the resort too.

There was construction taking place next to our villa the whole time we were there, from early morning until night time. It would have been appreciated if we were told this, as it wasn't the most relaxing. We went out for most of the time to avoid it, but if we had planned to stay at the villa it would have affected our time. There were a couple of occasions where the communication could have been better - we were told one of the activities provided by the resort was at 430pm. When we showed up at this time it had been earlier so we missed it. On another occasion I'd called reception and they said they'd return my call, but they didn't. Same with WhatsApp, I made an enquiry but no response. However, these are small things as the overall experience was brilliant and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully located property. The views are stunning. We very much enjoyed yoga watching the sun rise. The pool area is lovely. And we had a fantastic dinner in the Hornbill restaurant

Superbe hôtel, à taille humaine bien situé pas loin de Munnar centre en tuk tuk ou taxi. On y mange très bien et le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant. Tout est propre, lit confortable et les massages, c'est un régal. La vue des chambres magnifique. Merci Blackberry Hills.

Communication before arrival was good. Location was excellent with lovely views across the valley. Room was comfortable and clean with great jacuzzi bath. Great to sit on balcony and watch birds and wildlife. Food was delicious and the team were all helpful and friendly.

Mooie locatie, 20 minuutjes met de tuktuk vanaf Munnar. Uitzicht vanuit het zwembad en restaurant is erg mooi. Het eten in het restaurant is lekker, al vond ik het wel iets te veel aangepast aan de westerse smaak. Verder heb ik een lekkere gezichtsbehandeling genomen in de spa, was ook erg goed.

De inrichting van de kamer bleef een beetje achter bij het servicelevel, beetje verouderd. Verder zit je op een heuvel en het is best wel een klim naar de receptie, maar er is een elektrische buggy die je halverwege kan oppikken.
