The house is cute, and you feel good staying there.

If you arrive even a few minutes after 7:00 pm (check-in time) the owner will refuse you entry to the house and require you to book a hotel for the night. No refund will be provided for that night. Furthermore, throughout the remainder of your stay, the owner will treat you coldly, seemingly unable to understand or accept your dissatisfaction with being forced to book an additional hotel.

Diese Unterkunft war eine absolute Zumutung. Der Zustand ist katastrophal, die Sauberkeit praktisch nicht vorhanden. Alles wirkte heruntergekommen, ungepflegt und teilweise schlicht widerlich. An Erholung oder Komfort ist hier nicht zu denken – im Gegenteil. Man fühlt sich unwohl und fragt sich, wie so etwas überhaupt noch vermietet werden kann. Für das, was geboten wird, ist jeder Euro rausgeworfenes Geld. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, hier zu buchen. Spart euch Ärger, Nerven und Zeit.

Nice staff, beautiful garden and authentic Thai experience! Note that this is strictly a bed & breakfast style accommodation - the check in/out times are non negotiable, and there are no extra services like laundry, etc. (there are laundry shops 5 minute walk from the place). Keep it in mind when planning. No smoking on the premises.

At least in the room was staying in, there's no soundproofing at all. You can hear every vehicle which passes on the nearby road and if you're a light sleeper it can be an issue.
