The staff was very personable and helpful. The property was very well kept. The bedding was very comfortable. Visited the pool area, which was very serene.

The bed was not comfortable and too firm, box like, for my taste. The breakfast seemed underwhelming for the fee. Also, had a standard American burger from the onsite sports bar. The burger lack real flavor and the fries were over seasoned. Also with the price of the stay, felt there should have been a better fee structure for guest driving themselves to the property.

Just returned from a great 2 night stay at the Omni Dallas. Pleasant and helpful staff from valet, front desk, lounge, ect... We used the American Express FHR package and received our early check in, upgraded room and all the associated benefits. Our room was lovely, and the beds are VERY comfortable! Great martinis in lounge and the Texas Spice buffet was excellent. Highly recommend!
