Jazzmin and team went above and beyond to help during my stay! Raymond on the front desk did a great job getting me all set up and checked in when I arrived. Any queries I had were addressed and help was provided immediately when needed. I was travelling for work and had no issues with wifi etc when taking calls/doing other work from the room or in the lobby. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Dallas, whether that's work or leisure.

Mi hermano me pidió que lo ayudara a reservar una habitación para el y su novia el queria sorprenderla , yo reserve y fui a decorar la habitacion para cuando ellos llegaran y la señorita de respecion agrego a mi hermano para darle una tarjeta llave yo le explique , cuando mi hermano llego no quisieron dejarlo pasar tuve que ir yo al hotel para que el pudiera entrar Gracias a eso no pudo sorprender a su novia Arruinaron mi sopresa
