The walls were paper thin, guests next door were blasting music after the quiet hours, and kids were jumping and running upstairs until 1am. After addressing the issue with the front desk, they said nothing would be done about it. Staff was rude.

What braindead moron came up with the policy that if you have a postcode within 50 miles, they will cancel your reservation. Utterly pathetic. At least with family out of town visiting, it's an easy way of knowing not to try doing business with home2 suites in future.

The staff were very nice and helpful

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The front desk was always staffed with friendly, helpful people. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and tasty. The location was quiet and walkable. The room was perfect. It was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, the WiFi was fast and the kitchenette had a toaster, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, with utensils. I loved the walk in shower instead of a tub.

Was the best stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful! I didn’t get a chance to get the friendly man who helped us but he had a service dog named grace. Best employee! 10/10 stay. If I’m ever back in utah will definitely stay here again.

The night controller was very professional and sweet. He made the whole stay pleasant. I also love his service dog. She was so well behaved.

Clean, quiet hotel. 10 min away from the airport. I would stay here again.

On our recent stay, my fellow Hilton employee and I took a vacation to this property. Upon check in we were denied our bottles of water as our Hilton honors status was claimed to be not eligible for them, we did in fact qualify for waters according to Hilton guidelines. The front desk agent also didn’t care to check our ID’s and we would have preferred this for our safety. When requesting a late check out we were told no because we are team members and that they only had 25 check outs. As someone that works in the same profession and at the same company, it was very disheartening to be treated lesser than any other guest, especially considering this would never happen at my property. I will not be recommending or returning to this property.

Upon check in, the front desk clerk snapped at my husband for trying to pet his Service Dog (maybe a vest or sign so well meaning people know not to approach). The room we were given was right off the lobby…could hear the elevator, every conversation at the front desk, dishes clanging in the kitchen). To top off a drunk patron set off the fire alarm late that night also (right outside our room). Called the next day to ask if we could have a different room and the clerk said we would have to pay more. I said we didn’t need anything fancy, just something not so noisy so we could sleep. We were finally given a different room and told to pack ourselves up and move. The included breakfast was a nice touch if you got there when it opened. Otherwise, most everything had run out, no plates available and again got snapped at by staff when I asked if items would be replenished. The second room was comfortable and clean…the staff could work on being a bit more friendly though.

Vent was making a rattling sound all night so it was hard to sleep.
