Without a doubt, this has been the most disappointing experience I have encountered at any hotel. I will refrain from elaborating further, but I strongly advise spending your money at a different establishment. The night management a completely rude woman is exceptionally poor at her job no "F'S" given. As well as the front desk agent he showed a complete lack of concern for their guests. The two of them together will drive that hotel into ground. If it were possible to assign a zero or negative rating, I would do so without hesitation. The night manager, a woman, exemplifies this indifference. I recommend choosing an alternative accommodation, as their focus appears to be solely on earning a paycheck rather than providing quality service.

Great place to stay!

Nice, clean room and close to the airport.

Everything was great except the location of the room. It was right next to an exit door and a stairway, so all night I could hear the doors slamming shut which made for a terrible nights sleep. The room was clean and huge! Air conditioning was great. Would stay again, just in a different room.

The bed was smaller than expected but was very comfortable.

Out of the way, nice and quiet. The room was clean and modern with basically a kitchenette included. Walking area out back. Nice pool with showers in the bathrooms. Hearty breakfast, with omelets, breakfast sandwiches, etc. Friendly staff - so willing to help and pleasant to be around.

This place is ridiculous. Cancels reservations if your zip code is within 50 miles of the hotel. If you have an event that this is close to or your house is flooded and need a hotel close by you are out of luck. Do not patronize this hotel. Their unwritten policy needs to be put the owners into reality check!

So this hotel is a bit out of the way, but it was great. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had all the things we needed to reheat and eat some ready meals. We used the laundry and the gym, both good as expected. My only complaint would be the absence of an egg breakfast without meat - I am being very picky! This was a great value hotel, clean and modern, that didn’t feel like a big chain, felt more like a family run hotel (in a good way!). If you are not bothered about staying near SLC center, I would recommend.
