Ufford Park Woodbridge Hotel, Golf & Spa

The hotel was nice and tidy, however, we tried to get access to the room early and was advised that it may be possible, on arrival it wss clear that we could not have early access. I also used the messaging system, where the operator addressed me by mu surname, and when corrected, did not offer an apology

Disappointed there was no aircon, a fan was provided. Bar service very slow, bar coffee machine was being cleaned on our first night and told it was broken on our last day. Breakfast was poor, items were not replaced when low, people had to ask for items when they run out, only one machine for coffee and hot water for tea, often run out of milk, long queues. Tables not cleared quickly and people were clearing them and finding their own cutlery. Cups and glasses running out. Door card stopped working at 11:00 on the day we left even though we paid for a late check out at 14:00

Service, room, food, all wonderful.

Other than them having zero rooms available for early check in, everything was great. Staff were helpful throughout.

OK accommodation. Didn’t appreciate the litigious attitude of staff: being told ‘it states clearly on your terms and conditions that rooms are not available until after 3’ and ‘no, the restaurant isn’t serving food’ (at 9.35, we’d just got in after a long day, and subsequently found the small print announcing that it ceased at 9.30) doesn’t make it a great experience.

The staff were all lovely, our room was very comfortable. Breakfast and the restaurant were of a high standard. I enjoyed using the pool, we would use the hotel again

Had a fabulous room with a balcony.clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a let down.service was bad.eggs lie bullets.tough sausages.tinned plum tomartos.a facial was booked over the phone as a birthday treat.it wasnt put on the computer so didnt have it.dissapointed.!!!

Great rooms lovely food in the restaurant and great surroundings

Rooms were incredibly hot, both bathroom and bedroom are tired and need modernising. Carpets aren’t clean and the pillows need to be upgraded. Considering the cost of the room, you would expect a lot more. Staff are very friendly though and more than willing to help.

We didn't spend long at the hotel,just staying there for the night went to a wedding near by.
