The room very spacious . Breakfast excellent . Not only are the hosts welcoming the hotel seemed to embrace you in its warmth,. The garden a delight to sit and read in.

Generally tired looking hotel, but the new owners were actively working on improvement.

Easy walk into the centre. Pleasant welcome. Good breakfast. Good amount of tea/ coffee available in the room. Some hiccups due to change of ownership but dealt with appropriately.

Would have liked a bath, but I'm sure they do have rooms with baths we could have booked

Very good breakfasts - especially the smoked salmon! A clean and comfortable room. The hotel was very well located for my purposes, very close to the railway station, which was important to me for my day trip to London during my stay in Hereford. The walk to the Cathedral was also more than manageable for me.

There was a short wait before someone arrived to let me in.

Hospitality from the staff, location was brilliant and enjoyed the breakfast!

Close to town and train station. Liked my room. Victoria room. It is dated but that didn’t bother me. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. As l was on my own I felt safe.

I can’t really think of anything I didn’t.
