With new owners, there is trust this might be quite nice in a few months. And the hotel is centrally located.

The property is under remodel and is not really suitable for guests. The whole place needs a thorough cleaning and re-doing of most chairs. Our skirting boards have not been cleaned in years!!

welcoming friendly staff, good breakfast. Lovely old house. Convenient location

Overall the place feels "tired" and in need of a refresh. The new owner understands this and is working as fast as he can. Unfortunately it was very hot and because it was so near the main road it was very noisy with the windows open.

"Lovely night away"

The hotel was lovely, breakfast was good. The hotel is roomy big and airy. Comfortable bed. A short walk into the town centre which was easy to navigate. Perfect location. Would stay again if near the area.

Nothing to say bad about.
