Breakfast was beautiful, freshly cooked to order. Interior was superb. Staff very friendly, specially Daria at reception. Whole team couldn’t do enough. Definitely will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff are warm friendly and very helpful, the snooker room was an unexpected treat, and the bar area was warm and cosy

We had an executive sea view room, on arrival we were advised that due to the time of year and weather conditions that the room would be noisy and cold due to the windows which nothing can be done about as it’s a listed building. Also the hotel was full so no opportunity to change. This was an understatement, in the seating area in the bedroom we would have been as well sitting outside it was so cold and sleeping was not an option with the noise from the windows because of the wind and rain. The bathrobes left in the room were an added luxury until I found a dirty tissue in the pocket, it had obviously not been washed but just folded and put back on the hanger. It was just not a pleasant experience for what was sadly meant to be a special new year treat

Lacking the attention to detail in room and facilities and from staff that could have turned it from a pleasant stay to a good one.

Fantastic location , service and food. Staff could not be more helpful. High standards of cleanliness . Beautiful large bedroom.

I haven't even had the chance to visit due to the property taken my payment, no reply, cancelled without speaking to me, thankfully when requesting an upgrade they didn't action it or they would have charged the lot. so couldn't advise what would be liked

The location, ambience and attention to detail are outstanding. The staff went over and above the call of duty. What a wonderful experience and stay. The best hotel on our week long tour of Ireland

A lovely hotel, rooms excellence front of house staff very nice and accommodating, room was outstanding, my wife's only gripe was the breakfast. Don't get us wrong it was well cooked plenty of it and well presented, the young woman was so charming and accommodating it was a breath of fresh air to the normal hotels we stay in. Now the gripe, wife requested a pancake just a small portion before the main breakfast of a small fry she is not a big eater but when the gentleman took the order a very pleasant man I might add. He went away then came back and said no pancakes left, I think it was because she ordered the Pancakes as well as the breakfast she only wanted a small portion of pancakes, seemed a bit of money pinching for a 5-star hotel. We often stay at the Galgorm manor and the Titanic hotel, with no restrictions on what you eat for breakfast. This just seemed penny-pinching for such a wonderful hotel. The problem is, when ever anyone asks my wife about the hotel, she will always remember the pancake episode and pass that on. It was a wonderful stay but let down for penny-pinching for a pancake (seriously guys) Kind regards Graham Mason
