Everything!!! The staff were fabulous, dinner at Red Sails Restaurant was amazing.

Nothing, except the parking but we’re lucky we found one over the road… luck of the draw!!!

As stated in my answer’s , I didn’t have any pre conceived expectations but first contact with the lady at reception she was very helpful & friendly and & from then on 5 star plus, lovely staff & hotel, I have nothing but positive & enjoyable stay,thank you .

I cannot think of anything that I could fault with this Hotel it really was excellent.

Check in was possibly the best check in experience ever. Jo checked us in. If I was to teach other hotels about first impressions of a hotel I would send them to Jo at the adelphi. All the staff were truly excellent. The hotel is in a good central location and just a minute walk to the harbour. Though we didn't eat in the hotel restaurant (we had dinner booked elsewhere) we had a few drinks in the lovely bar. The hotel was spotless clean throughout. Breakfast was 10/10 with the staff ensuring you had everything you needed. Portrush is only a short drive from our Donegal home is the perfect close destination. Will definitely be back!

Portrush Adelphi is located a very short walk from the beach. It boasts charm; genuine friendly staff with a desire to make your stay comfortable.

It feels more like a 3-star experience than a 5-star one. They really need better attention to detail, especially in housekeeping, which is quite disappointing for a brand-new hotel that only opened a few months ago. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were a few spider webs, the inside of the closet was very dusty, and some of the snacks were out of date — basic things that should be checked every time the room is serviced.

Our experience at the Adelphi Portrush was completely unacceptable. We ordered two coffees and waited over 20 minutes—yet they never arrived. The male bar assistant with dark hair was openly more focused on fixing his hair and drinking coffee himself than serving paying customers. His disregard for guests was blatant and unprofessional. After this disgraceful level of service, we will never return.
