There was only aircon in the dining room, none of the bedrooms and the room fan wasn’t great in cooling the rooms. The ensuite door also didn’t close properly

A bit noisy because of construction works across the street.

The cleaners didn't do a great job, as there was significant dust on head boards and on surfaces. We also required sheets to cover the couches due to the staining on them. The kitchen was updated, but the ensuite bathroom needs a new shower head and toilet seat needs repairing.

Air conditioning wasn't working
AUEsther was extremely professional. We had an opportunity to upgrade and this was a great surprise. Location was great, close to the beach and parking was included. it was great to have an uninterrupted ocean view for breakfast. The secure entry after hours was reassuring. My wife commented on how clean the pool was.
Will likely stay at Seacrest again when we want to get away for a couple of days.
AUThe location and size of the apartment was great! We were very pleasantly surprised with the space we had. Very comfortable for a 2 night stay, for my group of 3.
Unfortunately the bin was full when we arrived - so rubbish from previous guests was still in the kitchen. We didn’t have any toilet paper either. The office hours were interesting - so we had to call the emergency line for assistance quite a bit as the front desk wasn’t attended. In saying that - the staff were very responsive and provided anything we needed straight away!
