Cutlery was a bit dated, knifes were a bit blunt
AUAUThe units are old and tired. They were not cleaned properly and there was a thick coating of dust on the windows, so bad you could hardly see the ocean.

Couldn't use the tennis court but that was due to weather so not their fault
AUAUClose to light rail platform, also, very close to a cafe and convivence store.
TV didn't work properly at first but got fixed promptly.
