AUThe view and the size of the apartment was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very secure as they seem to keep the front door locked at all times.
The apartment could be appointed a little better. There was no lamp in the living areas, no tissues available, no body wash ( but they offered shampoo) and some lights were blown so not working. In particular the one on the balcony.

There were on small tubes of body wash, no shampoo and xonditioner, only one plastoc bag for rubbish was provided for a 3 night stay No bedside lamps in any of the rooms

The place is very dirty, carpets were full of hair, stains and dusty. Asked the staff to vacuum twice but didn’t remove any hair. The wall above the bed was full of fluff and it was hard for us to stay in the bedroom given the dusty and dirtiness. Couch in living room was full of dirt marks, windows were so dirty that it was hard to see out of it. Kitchen cupboards have strong smells and stains and dead fly was found near microwave. Dishwasher smelt moldy. We looked forward to stay at the place but it was a huge disappointment and affected our mood for the holiday.
AUAUWe loved sitting on balcony watching ocean and lorikeets came to visit as well. Bathroom and beds were fresh and clean.
Aircon has black mould in it. Parking was terrible, space to small and tight. Couldn't find how to open gate from inside carpark. No one mentioned all the work going on across the road. We walked into paint fumes on entry. Would have been nice if we were informed of renovations. Mirrors in dining room had duct tape all over the bottom of a crack is what we assumed. A real quick fix up.
