Hotel lovely and clean drinks were ok food was hit and miss drinks was ok had to pay 1 euro for plastic cup but I get it saves on loads of cups getting left around hotel could not smoke had to go outside hotel or smoke on balcony staff friendly and helpful on leaving hotel asked could I put cases in lock up room and was told I would have to pay for this service which I have never experienced any where else

The hotel was so so clean, the food was great and a good selection of options with different things on the menu every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the suites are spacious very clean and comfortable

The location is stunning, not far from the beach. We stayed in the apartments over the road which I highly recommend, although it means walking a few mins to the bar there was a self service drinks area by the apartments which was handy. The apartments were quiet and had their own pool. Beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed. Kitchen contained a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hob, fridge, cutlery and crockery. This was very handy as we did not rate the food provided by the hotel - there is no snack bar expect some bread, salad and meat to make a sandwich. Breakfast was good with pancakes, churros, full English etc. lunch and dinner were poor offering one main meat or fish such as dog fish or pork chop then there was plain pasta with a choice of sauces, a salad bar and usually an area with mash potato/chips and a rice dish. Unfortunately all the food I ate was cold. The desserts were jelly, mousse, rice pudding, ice cream or gateux and fruit. Additionally there was only filtered tap water available, no bottled water on the all inclusive, so if you have a sensitive stomach I suggest buying from the super market to keep in your room. Besides the food I cannot fault the hotel, it was very relaxing, staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned daily. The food issue would not put me off returning as the place itself is lovely.
