Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, illetve a medencék is jók.

A kaja rossz, mindennap ugyanaz az íztelen ételek voltak. Egyetlen finomat sem ettünk. Szinte mindennap éhesek maradtunk, pedig all-inclusive-t fizettünk. 2 apartmant foglaltunk, amik tele voltak hangyával, bogárral és egyik este egy óriás csótány is beköszönt hozzánk….elrontotta az egész éjszakánkat és kellemetlenül éreztük magunkat. Alig vártuk hazajöjjünk…

I can’t recommend this hotel enough after a wonderful 4 days. All staff are lovely, location is excellent and we were so impressed with the selection and quality of food after reading some bad reviews on here. We were always able to get a sun bed as long as we were there by 9.30 or after lunch. The hotel doesn’t allow beds to be reserved for more than 30 minutes. The hotel is very clean and our room was serviced daily. We had the junior suite which was a great size with comfortable beds. I can’t fault this place.

Super Essen.

Wygodne łóżka, czysto i miła obsługa.

Tolle Lage und super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sauberes Hotel und super Junior-Suite. Essen war gut und große Auswahl. Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und wunderschöner Strand wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Gym sehr klein und der Kabelzug schlecht ausgestattet. Keine Zahnpasta etc. Im Hotelzimmer. Essensauswahl im vegetarischen Bereich an manchen Tagen gering und Essen z.T. sehr ölig zubereitet.

Чистые номера, убирали каждый день, еда достаточно вкусная несмотря что не слишком большой выбор, но радовало что каждый день были морепродукты, есть анимация, место расположение отеля рядом с магазинами и остановками. Персонал быстро реагировал и это радовало. За дополнительные развлечения нужно доплачивать.

Самый большой минус это в кафе часто грязная посуда, приходилось выбирать чистую тарелку или чашку. Прошу уделить внимание на посудомоечную машину - она явно не справлялась. Душ - душ кабинка явно неправильно спроектирована - вода постоянно вытекала за пределы кабинки и приходилось либо ходить по воде либо самостоятельно вытирать :(

My review will be long so if u have time to read do so. When I first arrived was amazing polite .. then when my first day come I thought the food was ok ish second day start feeling f a bit sick from dinner last night I just brush is off 3rd r To 6th day I’ve had severe food poisoning from there meat some of it was raw there fruit was unripe and cold food I don’t usually bother to leave bad reviews but how this situation was dealt was terrible I had pure sick and dioreah to the point I had to go to chemist and get anti sickness just to be able to semi enjoy what’s left of my holiday and had to waste last of my money on decent food.. the manger sniggered at me as if what I said to him wasn’t true and he done nothing to help of provide . However the entertainment people were brilliant very friendly and two girl receptionist were lovely .. another complaint is bathroom very small and cleaners only come in around 3/4 times my whole 10 days I was there some day we didn’t let them in but others they forgot to clean and when a lady finally did come in the bathroom was untouched which we had to go downstairs For more toilet roll . The pools are lovely but there are algae all over the sides of the pool where it doesn’t get cleaned properly where u stand or sit to get in cleaners definitely slack even when tipped heavily dissatisfied with the food me and my partner aren’t fussy and most days we couldn’t enjoy a decent size of meal manager said over 300 people haven’t complained I said people aren’t confident enough and I’m genuinely ill from your food and also if u want to have a nice shower definitely not at this hotel I had it on warm or cold setting it goes from burning your skin off to freezing you there’s no in between so be prepared for that I’m writing this long review so people know if u have any issues manager won’t do anything and I’m warning people not great hotel but amazing scenic spot lovely surrounding there’s lots of other hotels near or even closer to beach with probably better service
