Posizione buona, a breve distanza a piedi dalla spiaggia di Sa Coma (dove è possibile noleggiare per la giornata ombrellone con lettini oppure attrezzarsi in proprio negli spazi liberi) e dai negozi turistici (prezzi molto più convenienti rispetto a Palma e con tanti oggetti carini). L'albergo dispone di due piscine (una con un angolo con l'acqua bassa per i bambini), con sdraio, ombrelloni e gonfiabili per l'acqua. A lato della piscina c'è il bar, dove poter prendere delle bevande (alcune incluse nel trattamento "all inclusive", altre a pagamento); cauzione di 1 euro per il bicchiere, che viene restituita quando si riporta il bicchiere. Ristorante a buffet per colazione, pranzo e cena. Il menù in parte è lo stesso, con qualche elemento sempre diverso tra i vari pasti. Camera Junior Suite molto spaziosa, con un salottino ben organizzato, la camera da letto e un bagno con ampia doccia "walk in". La camera dispone anche di un balcone (o terrazzino, se al primo piano come nel nostro caso), con un tavolino, due sedie e uno stendino.

Iniziamo dalla camera: molto bella e comoda, ma carente di manutenzione (porte rotte, tenda rovinata dalla chiusura della finestra, buchi di precedenti lavori sulla porta d'entrata); inoltre, in un bagno non finestrato sarebbe fondamentale installare una ventilazione per il ricircolo dell'aria, che invece era assente. Altro appunto: niente letti matrimoniali, solo letti singoli... un po' scomoda come soluzione. Stesso discorso della manutenzione in giro per la struttura: dal nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato rotto il corrimano delle scale che dal piano terra conduce al primo piano, se uno si appoggia rischia di cadere perché non fissato; solo l'ultimo giorno è stato rimosso per essere - immagino - successivamente reinstallato. Ristorante: vista la località di mare, mi aspettavo di trovare più spesso il pesce... la paella era spesso con verdure e un po' di carne, solo domenica mattina c'era il pesce... ma con gli spaghetti tagliati corti anziché il riso. Anche per il telo mare vige la cauzione, che diventa di 20 euro... suggerirei di sostituire le cauzioni con dei gettoni: in fase di check-in se ne danno 2 per i teli + 2 per i bicchieri, se in fase di check-out non si restituiscono bicchieri o teli allora si paga l'importo corrispondente.

Міні клуб був зачинений, немає ніяких розваг для дітей крім платних автоматів з іграшками, номерам потрібен ремонт, вода з крана ледве текла.

Opravdu čisté ubytování.

All inclusive - jídlo bylo, tím to končilo. Výběr oběd a večeře velmi slabý.

1st of all can I just say in my opinion the awful negative reviews must be written by people who have nothing better to do than attention seek, this is a very good 3* hotel I emphasise 3* !!! If you want a 4* hotel with bells and whistles then pay for it. We have just got back from our 7th visit because this is a genuine review and my wife being a really fussy eater we did eat out a couple of times, so bear that in mind if you are picky Pauline like she is 😂😂 it's clean in a wonderful position and Sa coma and surrounding areas are beautiful so enjoy your holiday 🌞🌞

My friend and I were staying at another hotel near to Sa Coma but we had an awful experience at that hotel so booked the Blue Sea Gran Playa for the remaining 4 nights of our holiday in a junior suite apartment. The junior suite apartment was absolutely perfect. We had a ground floor apartment with a lovely spacious terrace overlooking the pool area. It was lovely and quiet. The apartment was very spacious with one bedroom, bathroom and lounge area with a small kitchen area with a fridge , large tv with lots of channels and coffee machine. There were plenty of sunbeds which did not need reserving. The apartment complex was separate from the main hotel so to get alcoholic drinks you needed to go over the road to the bar for a beer etc. You needed to pay a €2 deposit to get plastic cups for all inclusive drinks. The apartment complex did have its own drinks areas with soft drinks, tea, coffee and pastries through the day. The all inclusive food was very good with lots of choices...meat, fish, pasta, salad, vegetables, cheeses, fruit and puddings. The restaurant staff were very good, kept replenishing the food and keeping the tables cleared. The food was fresh and hot. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we felt very welcomed when we checked in. Evening entertainment was a mixture of a kids mini disco, bingo, karaoke and live singers. The complex was in an ideal location from the beach, shops and restaurants on the main front of Sa Coma. Sa Coma beach is beautiful and 'picture perfect' with sun beds and parasols to hire (very reasonably priced for the whole day). We would definitely recommend this hotel / apartment complex for a holiday for couples, friends and families.
