No internet in the room which turned into a bunch of people in lobby slowing down connection.

this hotel has great view but little bit old and one of three elevator was not working

Staff was nice. Room was stinky. Soso. Over priced. Pool soso. Beach not good. 0

Expedia should remove this hotel from their website. No running water in the room. Took them all morning to fix but still not enough to have a shower in. The kettle stunk. The toilet flushed with dirty water. The staff at the poolmade me go back to my room and wait for pool towels to be delivered. Reception staff were not helpful. The hotel is set up for Japanese Chinese and Korean package tours. They closed off 75% of the pools as they had a private bank rent out the pools so we couldn’t use them. Place was old and worn and dirty Not a good experience.

I needed to stay in the area. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was good. I had no time to use the pools. Bathroom sink tended to cause splashing outside of bowl. Safe was unsecured/movable. One elevator was out for "Preventative Maintenance". Though I never saw anyone work on it during my 4-day stay. No wi-fi in rooms.

The staff was very friendly and always smiled. The views from our balcony was great. Front desk always knew our room even though we did not say it to her

Pool and outside facilities good. Staff and service brilliant. Rooms were good although not much water pressure and cable was constantly turning on and off. I would stay again although points made should be rectified
