When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Other parties are welcome at the hotel but must provide with a credit card to be charged with a deposit (refundable). An additional agreement must be signed before check-in. Please note that extra beds and cots are available for an additional fee upon request and based on room availability. Extra beds must be confirmed by the hotel in writing and cannot be set up on the day of arrival. Please note that the card holder of the card used to make the booking must be present at check-in. Please note that bedrooms differ in size and shape and are furnished accordingly. Please note all the bedrooms are different sizes and the decor may also differ to that shown in the images. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) in each room booked. Please note that we have EV car charging points at the hotel (£25.00 charge per day). The property is dog friendly, but be aware that you must book a 'dog friendly' room. When booking a dog friendly room the charge for one dog is included in the price. If you wish to bring up to 1 extra dog an additional fee of GBP 15 per dog per night will apply. Please note we DO NOT accept any other pets.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms. A deposit may be required at the property.
