"Very impressed!"

Just wanted to say what an amazing dog friendly hotel this is. We booked last minute for one night with our little dog Toby. The staff were lovely and Toby got lots of attention. They provide a plush dog bed,blanket,towel,2 bowls and a welcome pack for dogs we were so impressed! Room was clean and beds were very comfy. Carpark at the back but get there early as gets busy.We will definitely stay again.

"Another fabulous stay!"

A lovely break away at the magnificent Marsham Court. I have been staying at this hotel for over 30 years and it just gets better all the time. Nothing is too much trouble and you are treated as welcomed whether it is your 1st or 101st visit. The attention to detail in relation to eco friendliness improves continually. The staff are all of a high calibre. A special mention is given to Millie on reception who went above and beyond to assist us. The food was excellent ( especially as I am a fussy eater). My only comment is I would have appreciated more fresh fruit as I do not eat a cooked breakfast but then again I did not ask if that was available. The young waiting staff under the watchful of Patricia were excellent and it would not be right not to commend those with special needs who were very capable and professional. I cannot wait for my next visit!!

Great location. Friendly staff.

The fan in the bathroom was a bit broken so very loud and the fridge in the bedroom were incredibly loud - I got up to unplug the fridge in the night. I paid a fee to have food delivered to the room (work trip) and it wasn’t very nice but was also left without cutlery or napkins.
