Chose for being different to chains. Definitely was up to expectation. Lovely quite location. Great bar and restaurant. Fantastic staff, professional and courteous and willing to help. Food was very good - high standard, especially breakfast which was fantastic

The room was very conformable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile.

The cold water tap didn't work until turning the hot water tap. It was a bit annoying.

Lovely comfortable bed in a room full of character. Spacious and well appointed en suite. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was exceptional
