Sandman Signature Langley Hotel

The room was nice, however the shower head did not function well. The water barely came out and there was an issue with the lower knob. When lifting the knob to switch from faucet to shower, it popped out. It was broken. I also couldn't find a way to control the AC.

Clean, kind , competent and contemporary. Well done Sandman.

Breakfast menu was good, excellent meal. Waitresses were friendly, attentive and thoughtful.

The booking of the room should have been 4 nights but only 3 nights were booked when I arrived I requested 1 more night and the hotel was full so I booked at another hotel. I was part of a group of 5 guests from my company and I tried every morning and evening to find out a room. But it was full, even this morning when checking out they were still full. I received a call from my VP saying that you had a room available this morning but I need 24 hours to cancel with no penalty. Good try but I will not be staying at your hotel in the future and I told that to the Front Desk... suddenly there is an opening.. Too late..

Staff at front desk was helpful and also helped with bringing in luggage from the car
