You should not call this a 5 star hotel. The facilities are so bad that there were bugs in one of the rooms and room.had to be switched. On top.ofnit none of the power sockets in the rooms.work. the br3akfast isnalwqys cold irrespective of how early you go. They confuse labels especially if people with allergies get this confused it can be dangerous. Staff force you to provide positive feedback irrespective of how busy you are. They just interruprt when you are on phone and ask if all is good if so can we give positive feedback.
