Nothing

despite confirmed booking, they did not provide me a room. They mentioned 'overbookings' as the reason and 'system error' which randomly cancelled guest bookings without any notice or information. It was 12 midnight and I had to spend 2 hours to find another accommodation as all the other hotels in Hyderabad were also full.

Good accessibility to other locations

Way too many things - although I have given multiple chances to stay here because of location these guys cannot seem to get basic hospitality right from talking back and arguing with guests to a barely knowledgeable reception staff that takes hours to do tasks. The hotel interiors are barely passable for a 5 star, this hotel is only surviving off of their location and price point.

Excellent breakfast

Room door lock was getting opened without Key! Felt highly unsafe. Even after the complaint was registered, staff didn't attend to the complaint for 3 hrs. Extension wasn't working and it was difficult to reach reception.
