Hotel Kohinoor Elite near BKC

Room was clean although toilet was pretty small. Dining area was good however, meals for breakfast were repetitive.

Staff could have been more welcoming.

Property was very clean and well maintained, also the rooms were large.

Only thing I didn’t like was there pillows were very hard.

Lunch should be included on the check out day, if the reservation includes food. It’s just a nice courtesy to have for your guests.

The food was average

bathroom was not clean, pipes were leaking, bad odour from the bathroom and the room

Smooth check-in, buffet lunch, dinner, and breakfast all-inclusive

Facility should be sparyed daily, mosquitoes around at night in rooms
