Hotel Kohinoor Elite near BKC

Food was very good. Loads of choices for buffet. Service provided by Chef Gaurish & Mr Raffick were excellent. I have dietary requirements, which were taken into consideration. Front door staff / porter was a good guy too. All male receptionists were nice, the female one was ok with no smile most of times when you approach for any assistance.

I selected all inclusive package instead of full board. But hotel said they do not provide all inclusive package, booking.com wrongly advertised same. When i booked hotel all inclusive option was higher than booking.com. So, i kinda felt ripped off here Clealiness of rooms and location - not a great area. Bathroom outdated, we checked in at 23:00 and seems like room linens from previous guests were not changed. Stained bedsheets & hair on bed. My room on 2nd day was not clean. When i informed receptionistt,i was told housekeeping said i had do not disturb note on, which was not the case. On day out check out, i requesting house keeping for assistance with luggage twice but no one came to help despite calling them twice. I had to bring my suitcases to reception area on my own.

The area around is crowded with traffic. But very good stay.
