Hotel Kohinoor Elite near BKC

Dinner and breakfast was amazing, I would like more fruits and vegetables but other than that the food was nice. They supply you with new toothpaste and toothbrush when requested Staff outside the main entrance was kind and helpful

The location is far from the centre and the surrounding area is not great. Phoenix Market city is a 5-10 minute walk. I had a door which led to another hotel room and you could hear them shouting, talking etc which should not be the case. You could also listen to every conversation they had On more than one occasion housekeepikg banged on my door even though my do not disturb sign was on, which was clearly visible from the outside I checked out a day early due to business requirements and the hotel refused to give me my money back for that day. This would not be an issue if other hotels did this but every hotel I have stayed in would give me my money back. Which is a shame Overall, I would probably avoid this hotel. You can get better prices elsewhere in a much better location.
