I would say this is one of the best hotels in Mumbai, offering clean rooms, essential amenities, and customer-friendly staff. I visited Mumbai for my US consulate interview, and this hotel was perfect for my stay. It is conveniently located near BKC, where the US consulate is, and commuting there by auto or car was easy, as transportation was readily available in front of the hotel. As far as I know, this is the only hotel that provides food along with accommodation—apologies if I’m mistaken. The hotel serves a variety of cuisines with great taste. Lastly, I must highlight the exceptional hospitality of the staff, who demonstrate an elevated sense of customer service. Overall, I would rate this hotel 9/10.
