Hotel Kohinoor Elite near BKC

Excellent staff service, they are always willing to assist. Rooms are very comfortable. Hotel is great value considering all meals were inclusive in the rate. Restaurant and the food was good with a big selection in the buffet menu. The location was perfect close to the airports and good branded malls close by in walking distance.

Area is not clean Hotel is clean and friendly staff

We checked in at 20:00 Hours informed the Hotel Started by Dinner (Full Board) last day we are entitled for Lunch. Hotel Staff refused to provide lunch and asked to pay. Atlast we didn't take Lunch it's very bad

The room was great, clean, the bed was comfortable. The food was also very good.

When contacting the hotel about arranging a taxi from the airport, they only provided me with a price, which I found to be overpriced. The transfer could have been done for 250 rupees, while the hotel charged 1575 rupees. Despite my inquiry about when and where I needed the transfer, I did not receive a response. The same issue occurred with my request to extend my stay by one night; ultimately, I had to book another night separately. Additionally, the price compared to the quality is disappointing—the rates are much higher than I would have expected, especially considering the hotel is located far outside the city center. It takes about 50 minutes to reach the center by car. Furthermore, compared to other, more affordable hotels in India where staff are attentive and even assist with carrying luggage to your room or offer help when needed, there was a noticeable lack of interest here. At the end of my stay, I received a paper to evaluate my experience, but it was evident that no one really cared about my feedback.

Smooth check in Convenient location

The breakfast and dinner was good. Didn't get an opportunity to have lunch . The room was comfortable and spacious.

The washroom need to be better maintained. The sink was not so clean.
