A bit noisy. It was also difficult to use the washing machine and dryer as an employee regularly washed linen/bedding after departed guests. This type of washing should be done elsewhere or guests have priority

The property was very close to the train station so we didn't need to take a taxi to get to the property, which was nice. The town is incredible and everything was within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was clean and nicely appointed. The bedding was comfortable.

The beds were VERY firm. The bathroom shower tub combo has a partial partition but it's hard to shower without getting the floor wet and you have to take a big step up to get into the tub. We rented this place in particular to have a clothes washer and there was not one in the unit. There's one washer on the other side of the building and it takes about an hour and a half to wash a load. The "dryer" took about two hours and didn't end up completely drying the clothes. Since there was only one washer/dryer, you have to wait until the person before you moves there clothes. Basically, it was not convenient at all.

This was the best rental property my family has stayed in on vacation. It was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, comfortable, quiet, and near everything we wanted to do. Stefan, Gaston, and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. A perfect stay!

Excellent location seconds from two train stations and grocery store as well as central shopping area yet tucked away a block off the main street so therefore quiet.

The only nit is that there is no view and the apartment looks out onto a playground but there is a balcony for fresh air.

We stayed at the Mountain Exposure Luxury Chalets for 3 nights. It was a beautiful chalet, very spacious, clean & tidy. The views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn from our balcony were breathtaking. Meeting the concierge to pick up the keys was very easy, he coordinated the evening before so everything was organized. Great location for Zermatt train station, Gornergrat train and the Matterhorn Gondola ride. Highly recommend.

We could not book any breakfast, good location.
