The penthouse was beautifully designed with all the possible amenities with an amazing view.

I wouldn’t recommend this property for those traveling with elderly parents and an infant. The steep uphill slope to the property lacks buggy service, unlike other places in the area. We had to carry our bags and stroller uphill. Garbage disposal was an issue—given the high rate for this property, we expected the waste to be managed. Instead, we had to dispose of our garbage at designated locations, which were a 10-12 minute walk away. A QR code was provided to help find these spots. The garbage bags came at a cost, so we received only two bags for our four-night stay and had to purchase more ourselves.

The property was a 10 mins walk from the main train station. A friendly staff Stefan met us halfway to bring us to the property. The entrance was underwhelming with a really small lift. It has an unpleasant smell. Hence, we bought an air freshener to remove the odour. The chalet is well equipped with kitchen, three rooms and two bathrooms. It has a washing machine and a dryer which was really a bonus for us. However, one of the room’s window cannot be opened although the technician came to repair. The technician had to contact a professional who can only come on the day we checked out. My parents have to stay in a stuffy room throughout the entire stay. In addition, one of the toilet’s door is spoilt. You need to use a lot of strength just to lock it. Overall, I would recommend this property as it is a short walk to groceries shops and the shopping street and the staff is friendly. You can also see the Matterhorn from the balcony. Maybe you can book the adjacent property, Châlet Zeus, to avoid spoilt door and window. Great for family with lots of people.

Beautiful modern renovation while maintaining the beautiful original woodwork. Well equipped. Central location with two minute walk to one of the best views of the Matterhorn. Management company very responsive.
