Clean and very convenient location

Washing machine outside the building and shared with others residents, with cold and rain made it inconvenient.. the place is advertised with washing machine, however does not state a shared or outside the building of residence

Disappointed that the advertised amenities were not available. Catered breakfast, daily housekeeping, evening “wine and canapés” were not provided as advertised. I would not have booked this stay had I known.

We were told that Zermatt was a 'bucket list' thing, It didn't disappoint! Our accommodation was amazing, it just added to having a great experience. Apartment had everything we needed, location was terrific.... perfect! Central to the station and to the town with it's bars and eateries. Would definitely come back for another stay😀

Nothing really to be added here. Suppose, on a slightly personal note, I would have liked the apartment a fraction cooler to sleep. Just me

Location to terminal was just a short walk. Very clean. Bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch.

Not enough shower gel/shampoo.
