Good rooms which were let down by the lack of variety at breakfast, which was the same each day consisting of cereal, melon, bread rolls, processed cheese slices, processed ham, small croissants and three types of jam. We don't normally review hotels but the breakfasts were very boring and at the moment we are staying at a hotel at half the cost of hotel smart but a much better variety at breakfast.
Family run hotel. Rooms are to a good standard with AC. Our room had a beautiful new monsoon shower. Extremely clean rooms. Breakfast included tea/coffee, rolls, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, jams and fruit. Not far from the beaches and promenade and you can walk to the train station. Although if you have heavy bags I would recommend a taxi. Downsides: the hotel locks its doors at 2am. I'm not sure that you can call yourself a hotel if you place a curfew on guests. Bearing in mind Lisbon is a late night city and you can take the train to Estoril this is a bummer. Also the hotel staff are pretty glum, stern and grumpy at times. Don't really go out of their way to say hello. Overall a clean, well located, good value hotel. Not for the night owls though.
The stay was good. The hotel was a definite find. It had a very clean and manicured, cared for appearance and ethos.
Lovely hotel/room, good sized and comfy bed for my partner and I. However, my shower gel never got refilled after cleaning and it was empty when I first arrived. But besides that, every was beautiful and just right. The pool was quite small but it very got crowded, so it was actually a perfect size.
We booked this hotel for it's good value and easy access into Lisbon on the train which worked out really well. We also wanted easy parking for the car and their underground parking was good. After a long day it was nice to come back for a swim in the pool. Downside? not many restaurants close to hotel but we didn't want this as we ate out in Lisbon. Only small gripe was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Would stay here again

Stayed at hotel for 6 nights. It was a very good experience as the hotel is in a great location, close to waterfront as well as metro rail service. Metro service very easy to use. Great value and I would highly recommend.
Beautiful budget hotel which was excellent value. Staff were friendly and welcoming.Swimming pool is small but in a very pretty setting with overhanging palm tree. The room was immaculate and the power shower was way better than ones I've had in more expensive hotels.
Superb hotel I don't think I've been in a cleaner hotel anywhere in the world including a lot of 5 star accommodation
Extremely well family-run small hotel in quiet residential neighborhood of Estoril. Basic but very adequate with a good breakfast and pool. We much enjoyed room 101 with a small deck overlooking the pool. Would definitely recommend the hotel and stay here again.
