This hotel is a credit to its owners, it was amazing value for money, the breakfast continental was fresh and tasty, the hotel and pool were spotless and clean. It is situated on a incline so flAt shoes are ideal and only a ten minute walk to the train station with a great bus and train service to Lisbon and surrounding areas.

we enjoyed ourselves. Although hidden away, it is a good place to walk from or to access public trsnsport. Some good family restaurants nearby if you use Tripadvisors - looks are often deceptive

This hotel is not good as you said. Blacfast is not good, lack restuence, Sevice is not good. Room is very small and enven no caffe pot. I don't want to live in this hotel again!

very happy with the stay at this hotel. easy short walk to the beach and train station. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. I would have stay there more often but they seem to often get fully booked.

We stayed for nearly two weeks in early September and had an excellent experience from check-in on day one to the private taxi they organised for us on departure. Every aspect of the hotel is supervised by the family from the immaculately manicured gardens and crystal clear pool to the clean rooms and fresh breakfasts. The location is in a quiet area of similar villas but only ten minutes walk from the beach, railway station, beachside restaurants and the start of the promenade to Cascais. The only downside is that the poolside area is only large enough to accommodate tables and chairs rather than sunbeds but at least there were always enough of these for everyone. The room facilities such as the air-con and shower were excellent and better than many 3 star and some 4 star places we've stayed. It's a traditional mansion/villa sympathetically converted to retain features such as portico, balconies, high ceilings, marble floors and staircase, shutters and half-tiled walls whilst having facilities such as lift, coded keys, good en-suites, room safe etc etc.
