Curtains were dirty. I complained about the toilet not flushung twice and still not fixed. In general not a very clean place and very poor staff at the front counter.

Very friendly and helpful people are working at the hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day even supplied bottles of water every day. If you expect luxury property this is not for you. But for what you pay is just excellent. Very comfortable beds and ice cold AC and the rooms look very nice as well. 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and you get clean beach towel from the front desk.

"GOOD VALUE AND GREAT LOCATION WITH GOOD POOL "

Great location and awesome swimming pool (but it closes at 6pm - why I have no idea as most pools close about 9 or 10m at other Hotels) These are the 2 best reasons to stay here. Rooms are spacious enough and adequate but not well maintained overall and cleanliness is average. Shower was good, bed comfort was okay and staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic and boring and better for Asia tastes. There was no pastries, no cheese even in the omelettes and juice & joghurt was awful. However this Hotel offered great value for money and you could do a lot worse, so it is recommended if you on a budget , want a pool and a great Patong location and decent place to stay if not pleasant.

Hotel room is lovely staff are ok. Could be better in attitude but hey ho. As for washing 50baht for a 1kg load they weigh it washed and dried ironed 100baht very very cheap. Don't break out by accident they charge you a overinflated price. Cleaner girl is lovely but all round I used the hotel as a base as went to Phi Phi by ferry couple of times etc went to Kuala Lumpur and hotel not bothered. Not intrested in the breakfast but it's edible but with how cheap food is I would just go buy and skip on paying for board and breakfast
