I liked the view and the space and staff member were amazing

I couldn’t even run the shower for hot water nothing was coming out and couldn’t even have a hot bath. Disliked how the bed was placed face the wall I would rather having it facing the view of the lake. What’s the point of paying for expensive room when you can’t even enjoy the lake view from bed and treat yourself to a nice hot bath or shower.
