Nettes Hotel direkt an der Porte Hôpital. Sehr freundliches Team. Hotel/Zimmer in Ordnung. Frühstück französisch gut, Relativ grosse Auswahl, leider keine Eierspeisen/warmes Essen. Wellnessbereich ok, teils nicht mehr top aktuell. Die Sauna ist leider eine Infrarot Sauna. Lage Top, auch vom Bhf. mit der Strassenbahn sehr gut erreichbar. Altstadt zu Fuss um die Ecke. Jederzeit wieder!

Amazing staff. So helpful. The bathroom was very clean. Room was quiet and relatively spacious for an ancient building (with great charm). The breakfast buffet was a little pricey, but there were really quality foods and good variety.

We really liked everything about the hotel and will go back again but our problem was that the Jacuzzi was broken. I did a lot of research to find a hotel that provided a whirlpool Jacuzzi and we were very much looking forward to using it. I had a feeling when we questioned the staff about it that it had be broken for quite some time. They use it as a selling feature in all of their literature and Expedia also notes that the Jacuzzi it available to us. They need to fix this problem.

Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Häusern, die fast unmittelbar nebeneinander liegen. Haupthaus mir Rezeption, Restaurant (auch Frühstück) und Hotelzimmer. Nebenhaus mit Spa ( Sauna und kleines Schwimmbad) und Hotelzimmer über fünf Etagen. Sehr kleiner Aufzug, max. 2 Personen plus Gepäck. Ich hatte ein Zimmer in der 5. Etage. Meiner Meinung nach ein „Notfallzimmer“. Nicht sehr sauber, altes Mobiliar, Badezimmer ohne Dusche. Aber Klimaanlage, die auch notwendig ist, da das Zimmer unterm Dach liegt. Das Frühstück war gut und die Backwaren alle frisch. Eierspeisen nur auf Nachfrage. Personal sehr freundlich. Fazit: Das Hotel punktet vor allem durch seine hervorragende, zentrale Lage, liegt aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Da keine eigenen Parkplätze vorhanden, parkt man 50 Meter weiter in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus für 20,00 € für 24 Stunden. War kein Nachteil. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet, den wird das Hotel nicht enttäuschen.
