"A lovely friendly hotel."

We stayed in the Turret Room, which was pretty special. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable and our room was spotlessly clean. We would very happily stay here again.

This is being very picky and intended only to be a helpful observation, rather than a criticism. However, some of the light bulbs were flickering, which I am very sensitive to.

"All round great choice, better value for money and quality than most larger hotels in the area."

Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order and good quality. Room very clean. Location excellent for City centre. Although hotel was full felt very quiet with no outside noise when in room.

Very minor point but coffee in room could be better quality.
