We were advised that key instructions would be emailed the day before, we were in transit when finally the information came through after several emails from us. The instructions were not very clear and as it was dark when we arrived very difficult to see the code. The shower was difficult to regulate, it was either cold or boiling hot, quite dangerous.Overall the Apartments were tired and in need of an upgrade.
Manager was so helpful, rang me to advise room was available early for checkin. Facilities good and great central location

Customer service was wonderful by the new managers downstairs. They were friendly and quick to attend to small services. We were lucky to get a park from a friend however didn’t get a park for the studio suite. Clean, gorgeous unit, spacious balcony, great location to dining and beach.
