Mattress on sofa bed very bony/wiry. Would have liked to have some basic seasonings (eg salt, pepper) available in the kitchen.

Stairs to apartments can be an issue as no lift in the premises but was convenient to our requirements.

GBThis is neither a studio or an apartment. It is a room, little bigger than the bed, and a bathroom. With a kettle and a fridge in the wardrobe. If you get a good price then the location is very central for Broadbeach. Everything was clean and tidy. Not a room you want to hang out in at all or eat in but if all you need is a bed and shower then it’s fine.
I didn’t like the misleading statement about being a studio or an apartment. It is a room.
